  • BlueLight reward claim: BlueLight Card number, full name, and preferred voucher choice (Amazon or Love2shop).

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. We do not collect data passively as you browse our website.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data you provide solely for the purpose for which it was submitted:

  • To respond to your enquiry or message.
  • To carry out the energy survey or audit you requested.
  • To process and verify your BlueLight reward claim and issue your voucher.
  • To send you information you have specifically requested.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have separately and explicitly consented to receive marketing communications from us.

  • Utility Warehouse (UW): If you proceed to join UW through our referral link, UW will collect and process your data independently under their own privacy policy. We do not pass your data to UW directly.
  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party email infrastructure to deliver form submissions to us. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to handle your data securely.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry and survey data is typically retained for up to 2 years. BlueLight reward claim records are retained for up to 3 years for audit and verification purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
